Oceanology Debut for VideoRay 2002

Atlantas Marine Ltd have taken delivery of the first new VideoRay 2002 and will be showing it on stand 6/21 at Oceanology International.

VideoRay 2002 replaces VideoRay 2000 and combines all the best features of the previous model with new developments including auto depth, detachable tether, new thruster-guards, and new cartridge seals. These features improve performance and make maintenance and operation both easier and quicker.

VideoRay remains the smallest ROV available and generated considerable interest in British underwater inspection markets during 2001. Atlantas Marine, the approved UK sales agent for VideoRay, received the VideoRay award for highest sales last year and have already secured their first order for a VideoRay 2002.

On show alongside VideoRay at the Atlantas Marine stand will be footage taken last year from the ROV during demonstrations and trials around the UK as well as images taken inside the sunken Pearl Harbour battleship 'USS Arizona'.

As part of the Oceanology Conference programme, Charlie Foll from Atlantas Marine and Bob Christ from the VideoRay head office will talk about VideoRay and show additional operational footage. They are scheduled to speak at 16:55 on Thursday 7th March.
