The rubber element combines relatively high flexibility in the vertical and lateral modes with good longitudinal stiffness fore and aft. This means excellent vibration isolation properties with minimum movement under thrust forces. Integral bump and rebound controls limit excessive movement under shock loadings.

Cushymount XK is a new improved version of the Cushymount K offering higher deflection, an optimised rubber section and either a fixed or adjustable buffer.
