The highlight of the Transas display will be the launch of the new generation 3000 line of navigational products. This range was started in July 2001 with the Navi-Sailor 3000 navigational system that incorporated all the functionality of the previously type approved ECDIS with additional features.

Since then, the range of new generation onboard systems has expanded the Navi-Radar PC based radar display system, the Navi-Fisher electronic chart system specifically adapted for fishing vessels, and the Navi-Bridge.

These latest solutions will be introduced at SMM, including the recent enhanced version of Navi-Sailor 3000 Version 2 with UAIS transponder interface. The Transas-McMurdo manufactured UAIS will be demonstrated on the stand.

Visitors to the stand will also see a range of simulators, including ARPA/radar, ECDIS, the latest GMDSS and others.

The new visual presentation software Seagull Vis 4000, which has no analogue inputs, will demonstrate the training solutions afforded by highly realistic synthetic environments.

Various Transas VTS units and Fleet & Ship management equipment will also be on show.
