Multibeam Proceedings

Of likely interest to shallow water surveying enthusiasts are proceedings of a Hydrographic Society Southern Region multibeam workshop in Reading last November, attended by over 100 specialists from all sectors of industry.
The proceedings comprise 10 key papers by speakers from Edwin Danson Associates, the Environment Agency, Flagship Training, GeoAcoustics, Kongsberg Simrad, NetSurvey, Reson Offshore, Thales GeoSolutions, the US Geological Survey, and VT TSS.
Topics included are Vessel Attitude Management, A Comparison of Shallow Water Systems from a Commercial Viewpoint, Reson Systems, and Achieving High Accuracy with Wide Swath Bathymetry Systems.
