New RIB Builder in Baltic Exchange

The two boats for the GFPA are MST 680 single point lift RIBs which will operate offshore from two mother vessels. With a length of 6.8m, a beam of 2.7m and a draught of 0.4m, each craft is powered by a 170hp Volvo Penta KAD32P/DP diesel Aquamatic engine with Duoprop drive. Maximum speed is 32 knots, fully loaded cruising can be managed at 26 knots and the craft are designed to seat two crew and eight passengers. Onboard equipment includes a Simrad CP33 GPS Plotter and a Sesame active radar transponder.
The German Coastguard RIB is an MST 750 single point lift semi-enclosed wheelhouse model with a length of 7.5m, a beam of 3.0m and a draught of 0.4m.
This craft is powered by a 260hp Volvo Penta KAD44P EDC diesel Aquamatic with Dupprop drive.
The RIB is designed for two crew and ten passengers, with a fully loaded cruising speed of 28 knots and a maximum of 36 knots. Onboard equipment includes a Garmin GPS 128 GPS/Plotter, Sesame active radar transponder and Raytheon Ray 430 loudhailer.
Fully designed by MST's dedicated CAD modelling team before any manufacturing began, the RIBs all feature GRP hulls and aluminium superstructure.
