$10 Million Contracts Awarded to Subsea 7

Swiss-based Allseas Group has awarded Subsea 7 ofAbedeen contracts worth in excess of $10m for provision of survey, ROV and positioning services in support of offshore pipelay projects in North West Europe, the Mediterranean, the US and the Caribbean over this year and next, with an additional option for 2006.

Subsea 7 will provide survey and positioning services for Allseas fleet of pipelay vessels.

The services will be provided aboard Allseas' fleet of pipelay vessels which include the world's largest, the 350m long Solitaire , as well as Lorelay, Trenchsetter, Provider, Tog Mor and Highland Rover . Subsea 7's vessels may additionally be used on an as-required basis.

Also operating from Norway, Singapore, Brazil, USA and the Caspian, the company's own fleet comprises 20 dynamically-positioned ships and 112 ROV's. Jointly owned by Halliburton Subsea and DSND Subsea, Subsea 7 presently employs around 3,500 personnel.
