    Pepe Boatyard is bringing the first example of their new CatFish range of aluminium catamarans to the floating exhibition at seawork2004 .Built entirely from marine grade 5083 aluminium, Shogun was built for Hayling Island UK charter skipper Colin Johnson. 

    Seaboat Unveiled at seawork

    Liverpool based Marine Specialised Technology (MST) will unveil its new 750 Seaboat RIB at seawork2004 . Designed as a multi-role ships' boat, the craft will be available with an optional single point lifting system and is SOLAS approved as a nine person fast rescue craft.

    The number 128 must be lucky for Ayrshire based boatbuilders Alexander Noble & Sons as the naming ceremony for their 128th and most recent newbuild was presided over by HRH Princess Anne, The Princess Royal. HRH initiated the working life of the mussel dredger Gizzen Briggs , built for Highland Fresh Mussels Ltd which will operate it from Tain on mussel beds in the Dornoch Firth. 

    Versatile Patrol Boats for Danish Navy

    In little more than a year, Storebro Bruks AB has transformed an order from the Danish Navy for four high speed patrol boats of their SRC 90 E design into four vessels delivered. Trials have gone according to plan, including negotiating ice up to 5cm thick. As no faults were found, the vessels have been approved by the satisfied customer.
