Designed for marine clean-up operations and multi-purpose duties, the Water Witch will be demonstrating its range of skills on Southampton Water when seawork returns to the ABP Port of Southampton on 22-24 June.

Litter laden harbours and waterways are not only unsightly but also potentially dangerous to both personnel and equipment.

The most efficient and effective method of clearing waterways of unwanted debris is by employing the Water Witch, which collects utilises a powerful front-end loader which is able to lift up to 1,000 kg of material at a time.

Additional marine duties for which the Water Witch has proven itself include oil spill response, aquatic weed control, lifting and dredging.

Joseph Caddic, Liverpool Water Witch Managing Director said, ' seawork is an important opportunity for Water Witch to demonstrate our unique vessel.

I am confident it will prove to be an extremely successful event for our company.'
