2nd International Seabed Acoustics Workshop

German underwater specialist Innomar Technologie is hosting a 2nd international workshop on Seabed Acoustics , in Rostock-Warnemunde from 24-25 February. Following an opening address by Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's Minister for Economic Affairs, F Dorok, there will be a series of presentations by speakers from Germany, Netherlands, Norway and Russia.
Topics include 3D Transition Zone Seismics in Egypt & West Africa, Seismic Engineering Surveys in the Caspian Sea, Bed Mobility in the Weser Estuary, Shallow Water Acoustics, Sub-Bottom Profiling, Seabed Soil Investigation, Teaching Hydrography, GIS Integration and 3D Visualisation of SES Data, and Synthetic Aperture Methods for Post-Processing of Sediment Echosounder Data.
There will also be a number of live equipment demonstrations.
