Dutch Dredger Builders Detach

IHCCaland Shareholders in Holland's approved the sale last month of the group's shipyards to their management, supported by the equity arm of Rabobank.
The IHC Holland yards at Sliedrecht and Kinderdijk as well as the Merwede Shipyard at Hardinxveld-Giessendam have built dredgers and other specialised vessels for centuries. The parent company will now concentrate on building and operating floating production and storage platforms for the oil industry.
