HATLAPA Extends to the Eastern Mediterranean

HATLAPA Uetersener Maschinenfabrik has extended its activities in the eastern Mediterranean. In addition to locations in Uetersen (Germany), Poole (England), Singapore, and Shanghai, HATLAPA EastMed Ltd commenced operations at Limassol in Cyprus last month.

The new organisation has an experienced team and supports the Uetersen home office online, especially on the service side.

The 'rush hours' on the service and logistics side are thus eased to allow quicker supply to customers. Orders will be released directly from Cyprus, triggering immediate allocation, packing and despatch from the logistics department in Uetersen.

The new organisation will also take care of customers in the eastern Mediterranean, with the main emphasis on technical support for all HATLAPA products. Full support is given for deck machinery, steering gear and compressors for newbuildings.

Advice is also available to owners and shipyards in the region regarding repairs, conversions and replacement machinery.
