Cleopatra Gets a New Agent for Seawork

Trefjar Ltd of Iceland, builders of the Cleopatra range of fast fishing, charter angling, harbour launches, survey vessels and general purpose workboats, have signed an exclusive agreement with Devon UK based WaterMota Ltd to look after their interests in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
With over 300 Trefjar Cleopatra's already supplied to this commercial sector, Trefjar claims to already have some 10% of the market in these areas.
The range being supplied into the UK and Ireland will be 26, 33 and 36 feet long.
WaterMota has many years of experience in this market sector, with team members who have been boat builders, boat operators and engine/equipment suppliers.
Complete sales and after sales service support is available to existing and new owner/ operators alike.
Seawork exhibitors WaterMota, headed by Mike Beacham in Devon and Sandy Morrison in Scotland, will work with Trefjar to increase market share. Although WaterMota are the UK and Ireland distributors of the Doosan Daewoo range of marine engines, the majority of UK based Trefjar vessels are powered by Cummins and Perkins engines. WaterMota will continue to supply the Trefjar range equipped with any engines of customer choice.
WaterMota will be building on the foundations which Trefjar's previous UK agent, David Sothcott of DS Marine, has developed with the Icelandic builders.
