Kalmar’s American Expansion

Scandinavian based cargo handling equipment
supplier Kalmar Industries has acquired the assets and business of America’s Virginia
based Port Equipment Service Inc (PES).
Established in 2001, PES reported net sales of
more than €4m last year, much of which came from the erection, maintenance and
repair of Kalmar
and other brands of container and heavy materials handling equipment. PES also
services railway terminals equipment.
