The IHC Holland Merwede shipbuilding group has acquired
Apeldoorn based Vremac Hydraulics BV. The 50 year old company designs and
fabricates specialist hydraulic cylinders for suppliers of hydraulic systems
for the dredging and offshore industries.
Vremac is already established as IHC Holland Merwede’s principal supplier of hydraulic cylinders and the closer working relationship following the acquisition is expected to result in more effective product development.
