Ajax goes on show at Southampton

In July, Europe's most powerful tanker escort and berthing tug Ajax went on show to representatives from the shipping industry in Southampton. The visit was made prior to the vessel returning to its home base at Sture after completing a two week spell covering routine drydocking with Ostensjo subsidiary Solent Towage Ltd at the Esso terminal at Fawley. 

Crowley introduce the Response

Crowley Maritime has taken delivery of Response a vessel heralded "Puget Sound's most advanced tanker escort tug". 

Escort towage is introduced at Milford Haven

After much discussion and research Milford Haven Port Authority has introduced escort towage for tankers entering and leaving Milford Haven from sea and the approaches to the mouth of the waterway.
