Civic Work at Muck and Rum

The Highland Council in Scotland in the UK is taking immediate steps to ensure that work is completed as quickly as possible on new berthing facilities at the Small Isles of Muck and Rum.
The Council is preparing tender documents for a contract, which will see completion of the construction of the jetties.
It is hoped that work can commence in the spring and be finished by the summer, following a dispute with the original contractor.
