The company, which specialises in the overhaul/repair and supply of spare parts for all types of diesel engines, decided to complement its traditional high standard of service with a modern approach from the workshop floor upwards, as a way of demonstrating its commitment to high and sustained levels of customer satisfaction. This certification is proof of that commitment and thus will be of benefit to its customers by way of showing efficient work practises throughout the company at all times. The founder of the company, Philip Asher was unable to receive the certificate in person, but his daughter Harriet Cross, Sales & Marketing Manager for PB Asher, accepted it on his behalf.
Harriet Cross comments:
'This certificate highlights the hard work and dedication shown by everyone in the Company, and is a culmination of many years of commitment to the fuel injection industry. It shows that we have the ability to change with the times and recognise the necessity to improve in all areas and embrace new challenges in a professional manner, at the same time maintaining the traditional values which have kept the business thriving since 1948. I receive this award with a great sense of personal pride of my father for what he has accomplished, often against the odds, and we both look forward to watching the Company grow and prosper in its new, improved form.'
