    Annapolis Harbourmaster's Fast New Aluminium Patrol Boat

    The harbourmaster of the American city of Annapolis, home of the US Naval Academy, has a new aluminium patrol boat built by MetalCraft Marine Inc of Kingston in Canada. 

    Targa Top Choice for Southampton Patrol

    Wessex Marine, the Poole based distributor of Finnish built Ta rga boats for the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands, commissioned a new Targa 25 for ABP Southampton shortly before Christmas. 

    Landing Craft for Cruise Ship

    Voe Boats has delivered two alloy Voe 28 tenders for Hebridean Island Cruises to use with the company's new ship the Hebridean Spirit. The Voe Boats hulls were selected specifically to ferry the ship's passengers in comfort to beach landings via a forward stairway or to pier landings throughout the ship's cruising itenarary from Scandanavia to the Indian Ocean. 

    Redbay Runs Pilot-based RIB

    Redbay Boats Ltd of Northern Ireland added an 11m Cruising RIB to their range last month, with a specification based around a pilot style boat given RIB handling and speed characteristics. The Stormforce RIB features luxury fitments including suspension seats, a fully enclosed wheelhouse and two forward berths. 

    New Workboat from Noble & Sons

    A new twin screw landing craft type vessel was recently completed by Alexander Noble & Sons of Girvan for Aquascot Group Limited and has entered service at Aquascot sites at Scapa Flow in Orkney. 

    BMT SWIMMS in New Direction

    British Maritime Technology's subsidiary BMT Shipdesign has won a contract to design a new type of multi-role oilfield support vessel which will be deployed in the shallows of the Caspian Sea off the coast of Kazakhstan. 

    Passenger Cats Join the Navy

    The Isle of Wight based Aluminium Shipbuilders Ltd has delivered the last of four 18m passenger transfer catamarans for use in the Portsmouth and Plymouth Naval Dockyards.
