Low-Cost, Long-Life Marine Pump

The BY progressing cavity pump from Netzsch Pumps features a modular, block construction that makes it easily adaptable to the varied flowrates and pressures required for a wide range of marine applications.
The pump also features a close-coupled drive that eliminates the need for a bearing housing and reduces the overall pump length, making it well suited for applications such as bilge pump duty where suction lift is required and space is at a premium and for situations where liquids need gentle handling, are mechanically aggressive, or contain solids.
The BY pump range covers capacities from 0 to 400m 3/hr and differential pressures up to 24 bar. Low investment and ownership costs coupled with operational reliability will be of interest to vessel operators.
