This is the 12th vessel to be completed in the last four years by Morrison Engineering since it installed a CNC plasma profiler that allows the company to produce their own 'kits' on site.

Milovaig is powered by twin 8 litre Daewoo MD136 naturally aspirated engines driving through TK gearboxes with 3:1 reduction.

Morrison Engineering is the main Scottish dealer for WaterMota Ltd, who supplied the Daewoo main engines and gearboxes, JMP 1.5in bilge and deck wash pump and hand hydraulic SR-A80 steering system. The total package includes basic necessities such as batteries and cables, engine and gearbox controls and all installation fittings.

WaterMota recently sent product support manager Don Asher and service engineer David Dalgleish to Korea for familiarisation and training, along with Morrison Engineering service engineers Charles MacCrimmon and John MacPhie. They visited Daewoo's offices in Seoul, the main engine plant at Inchon, the parts centre in Ansan and the Dong-I and TK gearbox plants in Busan.
