British Firm Wins More Marina Work in Holland
01 Mar 2002
Walcon Marine, the Fareham, UK-based specialist marina company, has been awarded a contract to supply the latest phase of berthing at Port Zelande, one of the largest marinas in Holland.
This latest phase of the development of the Dutch marina will take the total number of berths at the marina to 800 when complete, Walcon having supplied all the berths, based on its System 21, since the marina was opened in 1990. When complete, the work undertaken will have constituted one of the largest overseas contracts Walcon Marine has completed, including all of the berthing, piling and pontoons in the marina complex.
