Previously, careful checking of the temperature of materials was very time consuming.

Tiny variances in temperature were not always noticeable but the results would be apparent in the finished structure. This could be costly in modern manufacturing shipyards, where hulls, hatches and many other components are manufactured in composite materials.

Using the dataTaker DT50 in conjunction with De Logger Pro software, shipyards can now monitor and record temperatures during the manufacturing process, warning of the slightest variance that may adversely affect quality, reducing down-time and ensuring superior repeatable results.

Records can be kept to support quality control systems in a variety of formats to suit individual companies.

The dataTaker DT50 logger features up to 10 analogue channels as well as 8 digital and counter channels. It has a PC card for extra memory and can be used in a network, stand-alone or remote.
