The twin 138.94m vessels are scheduled for delivery in September and November, when they will proceed to southeast Asia to participate in massive land reclamation works underway. The vessels are each powered by two MAN B&W 5,760kW engines manufactured by IZAR's Cartagena diesel engine factory.

The newest vessels follow Jan de Nul's recent Spanish built 16,000m 3capacity twin trailers Juan Sebastian de Elcano and Kaishuu into service, further extending the massive investment in additional capacity the Aalst based contractor has made in recent years.
