Seats Make seawork Debut

German maufacturer PortnerSitze makes its seawork debut this year showing the comprehensive range of specialised marine seating and ancillary components which they manufacture.

Portner supply seating for small workboats all the way up to the biggest cruise ships including the new Queen Mary II, which will be equipped with Rex Plus model chairs incorporating electronic devices in special armrests. One of the company's products is the novel '3 position' bolster seat, which can be adjusted for sitting, leaning or standing in ultra-fast craft.

Portner has the facilities to meet customer demands of the most challenging nature. All German lifeboats in the North and Baltic Seas have Portner chairs on board.
