MCA Approval for SSAS

Marine telematics company MarineTrack Ltd has had its SeaGuard Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) UK flag approved by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency .
SeaGuard is fully compliant with SOLAS Regulation XI-2/6, which requires ships over 500gt to fit an SSAS. As an enhancement to SeaGuard, MarineTrack has partnered with maritime investigation and ecurity specialists Gray Page Limited to provide clients with an outsourced 24/7 emergency response service.
