Contractors at the Surrey based park, Ainscough Cranes , called in Lloyds to help them lift the vessels Lady Diana and Alexandra back into place after their winter refits.

Lloyds received the call from Ainscough late one afternoon and were required on site at 7:00 the next morning. Lloyds then raced against the clock mobilising the necessary cruciform lift equipment from branches at Romsey, London and Hayes. The heavy boats required specialist equipment and careful handling but the operation ran smoothly and there were no splash landings.
