Metoc Managing Director Kevin Deeming says the acquisition will enhance his company's capability for combining real-time and simulated data with other environmental and engineering information for rapid relay via organisational networks using GIS and internet mapping technology. This, he adds, will be of particular importance to offshore wind developers as well as port and harbour authorities.
