RNLI Trials Rope Cutters.

H4 Marine Ltd of Devon UK has supplied the RNLI with two QuicKutter SH25 rope cutters which will be trialled on the new pre-production Tamar class of offshore lifeboats currently being completed at DML in Plymouth.
The RNLI will evaluate the new cutters to establish their effectiveness and determine whether they effect the drive system. The cutters have been supplied with optional hardened blades which are capable of cutting stainless steel wire as well as rope.
