Big Response for WMTC 2006

Nearly 500 abstracts from 43 countries have been submitted for the World Maritime Technology Conference ( WMTC 2006 ) which takes place 6-10 March next year at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London.
The full conference programme will encompass ten streams, including marine engineering systems, commercial shipping, marine renewable energy, coastal and ocean mapping, and EEZ management. The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) will be hosting the conference in partnership with 25 of the world's leading maritime associations.
