Low Maintenance Compressors Deliver Clean Marine Air

To meet the demand for clean, dry air for marine applications, Bromsgrove UK based Jun-Air produces a range of oil lubricated and oil-less air compressors which deliver reliability and a long service life combined with low maintenance and noise levels as low as 47dB(A).
The use of an independent compressed air supply also removes potentially hazardous gas cylinders from the working environment on board ships.
The Jun-Air compressors are thus well suited for installations such as engine starting and pressurising controls to prevent water ingress.
The latest oil-less compressor models feature internally coated receivers to guarantee optimal condition of the air supply. They are rated for continuous operation and constructed with fewer moving parts to reduce wear and provide a long working life.
Jun-Air compressors can deliver free air at flow rates from 28 to 200l/min and 8 bar. They are available as separate units or as complete solutions with a range of optional equipment such as filters, adsorption dryers, tank auto drains and hours run counters. Models are available with adjustable feet and multiple outlet ports and mounting positions, allowing them to be fitted in any plane. The range also includes vacuum pumps and combined air compressor/ vacuum pumps in 12V and 24V DC versions.
