Boskalis Grows Again

Dutch dredging industry giant Royal Bosklis Westminster nv has acquired the dredging fleet of Finnish company Wasa Dredging Oy. The Wasa staff of some 30 employees will join Terramare Oy, the Finnish home market subsidiary of Boskalis.
The acquisition strengthens Boskalis' position in Northern Europe with specialist fleet and knowledge of hard soil treatment.
