Dutch sterntube seals specialist AEGIR Marine and Belgian underwater repair specialist Hydrex have signed a contract for exclusive cooperation for underwater seal repairs. 

Decks Reinstatement for 'Sea Trident'

The survey vessel has had its shelter and main deck reinstated using Intelligent Engineering's SPS Overlay technology. A total area of 361m 2of steel was renewed in two phases at Richards Dry Dock and Engineering in Norfolk UK. 

Temporary Repairs Deliver Damaged Bulker

A 26,000 ton bulk carrier had been involved in a serious grounding and Hydrex was called out to do an inspection off the coast of Cyprus. The owners wanted a clear picture of the extent of the damage and temporary repairs to enable the vessel to arrive safely in an Antwerp dry dock.

A 36 year old German river passenger vessel has been restored to much of its former glory and modernised during conversion which has seen the retention of its Detroit Diesel engines and much other original machinery.
