It its biennial board changes, the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) has appointed its first ever Norwegian president.  Knut Boe, senior executive vice president for marine operations and technical resources in Technip's offshore branch, also becomes chairman of the IMCA's Overall Management Committee (OMC).
