Cleemann Chair Systems GmbH travels from Germany to exhibit its range of pilot chairs and customised chair systems with individualised upholstery and special accessories such as deck rails and multifunctional arm rests with or without integrated controls and harness belts.
New from Cleemann this year are new Type F and I deck rails featuring a mounting height of only 36mm, a special sliding system for smooth and fast movement, closed ends for easy mounting, and availability in lengths from 800mm to 6,000mm.
These sliding devices deliver the flexibility required by pilots, particularly for ‘one man bridge’ style wheelhouses.
Additional features include a stainless steel ramp frame for the on floor version, a Bowden cable release system, special lengths up to 10,000mm, cable bearing capability fro connecting the controls in the rail, an anti-slip surface on deck plate and a new curved version is now available.
Cleemann products offer high levels of user comfort and are designed to incorporate the latest knowledge regarding safety (fire-resistant material) and ergonomics (lumbar support). All products are produced according to the ISO DIN 9001 and tested by the German TÜV.
Cleemann chair systems fulfill all German and international safety and quality requirements, including Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), IMO-HSC, DIN 5510 fire protection standard, DIN EN ISO 9001 quality assurance.
