After ten Wallenius masters purchased copies of TotalTide, Wallenius’ safety and nautical manager, Captain Peter Jodin, conducted a review of the entire ADP portfolio and decided to order in excess of thirty copies of ADP for use across the entire fleet managed by Wallenius Marine.

This includes the two newbuilds being delivered this year and will ensure that the officers onboard can take full advantage of these digital versions of the Admiralty Nautical Publications offering

The Admiralty ADP product combines Admiralty TotalTide, Admiralty Digital List of Lights and Admiralty Digital Radio Signals into one convenient package, which is extremely simple to use and which makes weekly updating easy and accurate.

Wallenius Marine currently manage 31 vessels of the Wallenius Lines fleet with another two newbuilds arriving in 2007. The vessels are all PCTC (Pure Car and Truck Carriers).

No stranger to digital systems, all Wallenius ships have Furuno ECDIS systems on board which all use official Admiralty ARCS charts and ENC data. These will have weekly chart updates directly onboard ship via satellite link, in the near future, and will be using the same link to update the Admiralty Digital Publications.
