Camper & Nicholson Marina Investments Ltd
(CNMI), floated as an AIM-listed specialist marina investment company in
January, has made its first acquisition.
In joint venture with IC Insaat A.S., it has
taken a 25 year Build, Operate and Transfer contract on Cesme Marina in the Izmir region of Turkey. CNMI has 45% interest in
the marina, which is currently under development, but 50% of the board voting
rights.
