    International Salvage Union members recovered over 566,000 tons of pollutants during salvage operations last year.  

    Emergency HNS Services for UK Ports

    Following their merger last year, Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL) and East Asia Response Private Limited (EARL), now OSRL/EARL, will now provide HNS response services for members at UK ports and harbours.  

    Satellite Swoop on Marine Polluters

    The European Marine Safety Agency (EMSA) launched a satellite based observation system last month which detects illegal discharges and accidental spills from ships at sea in European waters.
