RV 'Prince Madog' Available for Hire

RV Prince Madog, the 34.9m Dutch built multi-purpose research vessel jointly operated by the University of Wales, Bangor and VT Group, is now available for charter at a special winter rate of £3,463 per day.
There will be no charge for days lost to bad weather, provided that they can be re-scheduled.
The fully equipped vessel, which has a top speed of 10.5 knots and an endurance capability of ten days between ports, generally operates in shelf seas west of the UK, from close inshore to shelf edges but is also IMCA rated for work in the North Sea near oil rigs.
With an eight man crew, it can accommodate up to ten scientists.
