Brude Safety AS of Aalesund in Norway has purchased the boat and equipment builder Holen AS, which is located at Sula, near Aalesund. Holen AS manufactures marine deck equipment, MOB boats and special craft in aluminium. As Brude Safety AS also manufactures MOB and special craft, the strategic acquisition will deliver synergistic benefits in areas such as product design and development as well as production expertise.
