SeaFrance Dover-Calais Ferries, celebrating its best ever December for cross-channel car volume, has announced the acquisition of the large, high speed ferry 'Jean Nicoli' from French company SNCM.
The 2002 built vessel has a top speed of 27.1 knots and has a capacity which exceeds the combined capacities of 'SeaFrance Renoir' and 'SeaFrance Manet', which it will replace this summer following a refit and renaming.
