The Royal Netherlands Navy has been the first customer in the world to have a Thrane & Thrane SAILOR-500 Fleet Broadband terminal installed and commissioned with an activated simcard.
Radio Holland performed the installation and commissioning on board 'MOV Van Kinsbergen', also integrating the terminal with an AmosConnect email system. The installation is part of a field test of the new maritime broadband service.
