MAN Diesel is making all of its engines compatible with limits established by the IMO in its Tier II regulations. The portfolio relaunch pre-empts the January 2011 implementation date for the new NOx emission limits. The new programme was launched last month at Asia License Days, a meeting of MAN Diesel licensees in the region, at which they were updated on the latest developments with particular emphasis on environmental issues.
