Investment firm Primary Capital has acquired Napier Turbochragers Ltd from Siemens AG subsidiary Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The Napier name is one of the most highly recognised brands in British engineering history, having made its first production car in 1900. Today it manufactures turbochargers for marine diesel, heavy fuel, dual fuel and gas engines at its own facility in Lincoln UK and generates a turnover above £30m.
