Seawork is to see the launch of the Powercat 695. The 695 will be making its first public appearance at SeaWork in what is a major development for the company, which has built a strong reputation on the back of its award winning 525 Innovation and Evolution models.

The first public appearance of the new model will draw visitors to the Powercats stands, which are berths 35 and 36 on the Seawork floating pontoon. They will be able to see for themselves the very first 695, which has all of the hallmarks associated with a Powercat, stability, handling, performance, safety and space, but with some significant additions. Able to be powered by a variety of engine options, the new 695 series provides the perfect platform for a wide range of commercial applications such as survey work, harbour launch, diving, fishing or general utility activities.

'The launch of the new Powercat 695 is one of the most significant developments in the company’s history and takes the product offering onto a completely new level, said Powercat sales and marketing director Jay Pengelly. 'Visitors to our stand will be able to see the 695 in the flesh for the very first time. There has been a lot of anticipation surrounding the new Powercat and we are delighted to be able to launch the boat for the first time at Sea Work.' Joining the new 695 will be the Powercat 525 Innovation, which has already proven its pedigree and performance by working for various organisations and businesses around the UK, including the Environment Agency, Phwelli Harbour Authority and the Port of London Authority.

Both the 695 and the 525 will be on the Powercat floating stands and available for demonstrations throughout the show.
