Boskalis to extend Port of Felixstowe in UK

Dutch dredging contractor Royal Boskalis Westminster has been appointed to extend the harbour at Port of Felixstowe in the UK.
The assignment is worth some €70m and the project involves dredging approximately 3m cu/m of material to widen the entrance channel and berths, plus reclamation work involving approximately 3.4m cu/m of sand for a new terminal.
