Marine specialists will be on the TR Fastenings stand at Seawork 2010 to advise on build, maintenance and refit projects.

TR is already a key supplier of marine quality fastenings for UK and mainland European boat builders, and has now boosted its catalogue with a range of plastic consumables, stainless steel and aluminium commodity products and chandlery to provide a one stop shop for refit and maintenance operators.

TR Fastenings’ core marine product range includes A4 and A2 stainless steel fasteners for salt and freshwater applications respectively, as well as anti-vibration mounts, nuts, clips and washers. Many of these specialist parts are manufactured in the UK based company’s wholly owned Asian factories. TR can also offer an affordable custom parts service, with low volume orders made in the UK quickly and economically.

Adding complementary consumable and commodity products to its catalogue ensures that TR Fastenings can continue to compete aggressively on price, without compromising on the service standards that have made it a leader in the global market for industrial fastenings. Most products are available from stock for next day delivery or same day collection.

Customers are welcome to contact TR Fastenings’ marine specialists at its Poole office and trade counter for advice on individual projects and technical issues. They are also welcome to use the web toolkit at www.trmarinefasteners.com, which provides dimensional information on thousands of products and a comprehensive free fastener CAD library available. Individual items can be saved into as many project folders as an engineer requires, making them easy to retrieve, and whole projects can be sent direct to TR for further advice and costing.
