Chief Operating Officer
We are currently recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the Board you will be responsible for the business development, delivery and management of client projects and the day to day management of the company.
SeaRoc Limited is part of the Natural Power Group of Companies which are rapidly growing with over 200 people providing specialist products and services exclusively to the Renewable Energy Sector. Within the group, SeaRoc is the centre of excellence for offshore renewables offering our clients marine, engineering, QHSE and geographical information system (GIS) data management expertise together with a range of bespoke applications to support the
development, construction and management of offshore projects. Candidates should demonstrate:
• Extensive experience in the offshore and/or marine construction environment
• Proven track record of project delivery in the discipline of Marine, Engineering and Health & Safety
• Delivery of the Strategy and Vision of the company; playing a part in the modification of these core objectives as the sector and company grows.
• Excellent communication, consultancy and management skills
• With the management team setting budgets providing monthly reporting to the group and reporting to the board at their quarterly meetings.
• Commercial approach to managing resources and controlling budgets
• Contract management
• Motivating teams, people management and recruitment skills
• Knowledge of the marine renewable energy industry
