Assistant Marina Manager - South Coast

With prior experience in marinas, you will have a passion for the industry and have a pride in your work as well as the marina you work with.

Reporting to the Marina Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the marina and delivering excellent standards of customer service throughout all aspects of the business. You will work flexible hours, alternating weekends including bank holidays during the boating season.

With excellent customer service at the fore of everything you do, you will be a positive, proactive and passionate individual with the ability to communicate successfully within your team, the general public and senior company management. You will apply the quality management systems and closely manage productivity by leading, developing and motivating the marina team.

You will be highly organised, skilled in administration, computer literate, quick thinking and adaptable.

Taking pride in your surroundings, you will ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks are carried out along with routine maintenance to ensure all sites are safe and kept at a clean tidy and presentable standard at al times.

You will ensure that all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and industry regulations are being adhered to at all times.

You will hold weekly staff meetings as well as brief each daily shift, coaching staff to monitor customer satisfaction as well as undertaking appraisals and ongoing performance monitoring for the team.

Salary

£27,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
