The 'Erika' shipwreck could lead to changes in maritime rules

The Conference Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) is calling on the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the European Union to improve maritime safety following a debate in the European Parliament last week about the 1999 ‘Erika’ shipwreck.
