MacArtney Germany has recently supplied turn-key hydrographic tools, support services and training to the Geo Group which offers onshore geo-engineering and specialist offshore services through 18 subsidiaries in Germany and Poland.

The order has been distributed across four Geo subsidiaries, with Geo Ingenieurservice Süd taking delivery of a Teledyne Reson SeaBat T50-P, SBG Ekinox2D, Valeport SVP and QINSy Survey sofware. These tools will be used onboard a small survey vessel operating in lakes and rivers.

Geo Ingenieurservice NordWest will be utilising a Teledyne Reson SeaBat T20-R DualHead, GNSS ObeLx-R (Septentrio inside), Valeport SVP and QINSy Survey aboard a new trailable vessel operating on inland shallow and nearshore projects.

Geo Offshore has received an iXblue Hydrins high-performance inertial navigation system and Septentrio AsteRx-U MARINE FULL all-in-one multi-frequency GNSS receiver. Completing the purchases, Geo Ingenieurservice NordOst has acquired two AsteRx-U MARINE BASE units to provide high-accuracy GNSS corrections in the Baltic, thus extending its own GRS-Geo Reference Service.
